Almost perfect

Really nice release, thank you! Definitely worth the money!

Found a room for improvements, though:

1. Full dark theme, where both parts of the app are dark, like in the light one - both are light.
2. A warning if one has not defined iCloud account and is trying to add a reminder (e.x. using „remind” or „todo” keywords or Opt+V keyboard shortcut).
3. Being able to have a current date in dock while the app appearance is set to „menu bar only”. Thanks to that one could click the dock item to open Fantastical while not being forced to see it in Cmd+Tab menu.
